Dispatch Time:

At SCENTRICITY, we aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 6 to 7 working days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days depending on your location. However, there may be instances where delivery might be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, law and order situations, or remote area deliveries.

For international customers, we will first confirm your address and location, and based on that, we will inform you of the expected delivery time. Depending on your selected shipping option (standard or express service), we will begin the dispatch process accordingly.

Delivery Information & Shipment Charges:

We process Cash on Delivery (COD) through TCS and Leopard Courier Services. The standard delivery charge is PKR 200 across Pakistan. If you do not receive your order within a week, please contact us for assistance.

For international customers, shipment charges vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected. We ship worldwide and offer different rates based on the service (standard or express). Please contact us for more details on international shipping costs.

Payment Information:

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders. Payments can also be made through JazzCash or bank transfers. All prices on our website are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are valid for customers within Pakistan. For international customers, the product price and shipping cost will be confirmed before dispatch.

All of SCENTRICITY's products are 100% genuine, and we display only our original product images. The products are manufactured in our own warehouse. We do not display images from other brands or misleading sources like Google or Yahoo. The colors of our products are represented as accurately as possible; however, the actual color may vary depending on your monitor settings.

Exchange & Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, SCENTRICITY has a No Return and No Exchange Policy for all fragrances. Once a perfume has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is in place to maintain the quality, safety, and integrity of our products.
